I just started college at HCC (Hillsborough Community College) on Dale Mabry in Tampa and in my opinion I do not miss high school one little bit.

There is no getting around it, textbooks are required for almost all college courses and in most cases you will not pass the class if you don't have the required book. The trouble is that college textbooks are becoming more expensive as publishing companies continue to churn out new editions of books full of material that hasn't changed in years.

There is nothing new about a college student staying up late to cram for an exam. As the world is progressing, the techniques, in fact the whole idea of studentship is going through a revolution. Now, if you are seen carrying your desktop to your hostel, you are sure to be faced with raised eyebrows, not-so-concealed giggles, and in fact taunting comments. To be very true, people will call you mad, or better still "the psycho"!

College students may enjoy taking a trip and exploring the world, but it is often difficult to do so when you need to rent a car. Many companies have a minimum age requirement of twenty-five in place. This means that you cannot rent a car unless you have reached the age of twenty-five.
